Description

Initial in-home visit

Free
  • Usually lasts between 30 – 45 minutes
  • I will come to your house to meet you and your pets
  • Review services you require and complete documentation
  • Take notes on care instructions for your pets and home
  • Pick up keys and payment

Basic Visit

$25 for up to 2 pets

$30 for up to 4 pets

$5 for each additional pet over 4
  • Usually lasts between 30-40 minutes
  • Providing food, water and treats (if allowed)
  • Waste pick-up for dogs, cleaning litter box for cats
  • Bringing in the mail, newspapers and any delivered packages
  • Alternating lights and window coverings to provide a lived-in feel for your home
  • Putting out trash cans on scheduled removal days and bringing in cans once emptied
  • Limited watering of indoor plants
  • Playtime and exercise for your pets

Medication Fee

$10
  • Fee is only for administering subq fluids.
  • No charge for giving medication by mouth.

Individual Dog Walks

$20
  • 30 minute walk with your dogs

Potty Breaks

$15
  • Usually lasts between 15 – 20 minutes
  • Will provide fresh water and a treat (if allowed)

Pet Taxi

$15 one way
  • Take to or pick up from grooming appointment, veterinary appointment or pet day care facility
  • Location has to be within 5 miles from your home or within areas that I service

Please note: Pet Taxi not available on major holidays

Key pick up/drop off

$15 one way
  • Pick up and drop off keys if you would prefer not to give me a set of keys
  • Pick up or drop off location has to be within 5 miles from your home or within areas that I service

Holiday Fee

$10

 This additional fee will be added for all visits on the following holidays:
  • New Year’s (December 31st and January 1st)
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving (both Thanksgiving Day and the day after)
  • Christmas (December 24th and 25th).

Cancellation Fee

$25
  • Require 24 hours advance notification for visits to avoid cancellation fee
  • Visits scheduled for one of the holidays listed above, require 48 hours advance notification 

Late Payment Fee

$20
  • Payment usually required prior to start of contracted services
  • If additional fees incurred during visit (e.g. vet visit), payment is expected no later than 3(three) days after completion of services
